  14. INSTALLATION

  17. 1 - Run the setup program.
  18.  
  19. 2 - Go to the directory where you installed WebMatter, click the Rocket icon
  20.     (WebMatter.exe) and start editing!
  21.  
  22. NOTE: If you get an error message saying that the file Msvbvm50.dll is missing
  23. when you run WebMatter.exe or Setup.exe, download the Msvbvm50.dll from the
  24. WebMatter homepage or from Microsoft's website. Msvbvm50.dll is a Visual Basic 
  25. runtime dll that WebMatter requires.

  29. This version of WebMatter does not have a help file. The next version will have
  30. some sort of HTML help stuff.
